Snowden Physical Rehabilitation provides an off-site, temperature controlled pool for our patients who are limited by weight bearing, range of motion, abnormal muscle tone/tension, and overall limited functional mobility. Indicators for aquatic therapy include post-surgical rehab, arthritis, and sports injuries.

This program is designed to utilize the expertise of a multi-disciplinary team to address the individual’s needs. Participants are taught the therapeutic exercise, proper posture & body mechanics, activity pacing, self-control strategies, relaxation , and stress management training.
